Transcend

Transcend is a small New Zealand based business specializing in gender affirming garments. Each garment is hand made in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.

Started by 18 year old transman Beau, he is constantly developing new products and transcending the limits of what we know as gender affirming garments. Beau has found a gap in available resources for transgender individuals and is constantly asking those in the community what they want to see become accessible.

Products are constantly developed with the wearer in mind, including those with sensory issues. Each binder has a small rainbow tag and size label meaning there are no tags that can become itchy or irritating when they stick out.

Meet Beau

Beau is an 18 Year old transman based in Tauranga, New Zealand. He is a regular member of the trans and queer scene and is often attending social groups for the LGBTQIA+ community.

He develops each and every product by himself and is constantly utilizing feedback from the community. He has started to supply organizations like Gender Dynamix of Aotearoa and Rainbow Hub Waikato with Binders for those who use their services.

While consistently working on his business he is doing part time study in the fashion and design scene and wishes to elevate what we know as gender affirming garments. He hopes to be a fashion designer in the future who specializes in gender affirming garments.
